Standard Payment
Once we receive your order, we will email you with the order number and full payment details.
Standard payment terms are up front.
Alternatively for Clients who intend to use us on a regular basis we can accept payment within 14 days of Invoice with prior agreement. Please contact us for further details.
For up front payment and account customers. Our target is to process the HIP order on the working day the order is received from the seller and to deliver it to you on the day we receive it.
Deferred Payment.
If you opt for the deferred payment option on receiving your order we will email you a form to request further details. Once we have received these details we will submit your credit application for approval which is usually approved the same day. Once approved you will then be sent out an application to sign and return to the finance company. As soon as the finance forms are received and validated we will commence processing the HIP order.
Sending Payment.
You can either send payment via BACS (details will be sent via email on receipt of order) or send a cheque made payable to Home Potential to the following address:

Please allow 5 working days for cheque payments to clear.
We accept Credit and Debit Cards via Google Checkout. Once we receive your order we will email you a link with the order number to process you order through Google Checkout.
